Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, located in Montclair. The chicken shish-everyone will love, tender and spicy. The pita bread is so good with their hummus, it's a great start The MANTI with mushrooms is beautifully spiced, the flavor in the sauce is very rich but instantly delicious. I love the Turkish coffee-it's an original. Desserts are lovely, chocolate mousse-exceptional. I'm going back to try new dishes, the menu has a nice variety. Excellent staff, courteous and friendly. I's a big hit!

Food was excellent. Every dish we had was better than the last. The appetizers we tried were the tuna crudo, shisitos, mushroom dip, tuna dip, salmon and furikake fries. They were all delicious. The fries were a unique idea and a favorite. The Temaki were unique, delicious, and beautiful. We tried so many of them and I would Order them all again. Faves though were the Tuna, the yellowtail with scallion, the lobster, the fried oyster and the Triple which is a huge splurge. We will Definitely be back!

We went here for dinner at 5:30, so I it may not be true of a later crowded space, but the tapas & service were outstanding at that time. We can't wait to go back when the weather is better to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views.
