We then split the 14 ounce Ribeye. Also delicious! The cocktails were on par. I enjoyed the Corpse Reviver #2 and my wife enjoyed the vodka Collins. Ashley was a great waitstaff! Her suggestions worked out perfectly. We are light eaters but splitting those 2 dishes was quite filling. The Red Rooster stands on its own as a restaurant and isn't just a "hotel restaurant". Everything in town was shut down and we were expecting things to be challenging for a restaurant in a hotel where people were pretty much stranded for the evening - but it was a lovely evening and the restaurant handled everything so well. Eating there is an experience, so I would not go if you don’t have at least an hour to an hour and a half for a fine dining experience. I hope I am able to visit again someday.
