We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours – the slow proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas. Finally, our pizzaioli cook the pizzas in our oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style.

Beautifully arranged over three floors, Bohemia delivers food menu available until 9pm each day. The award winning food is prepared fresh and in house, with quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy creations by Bohemia's head chef and his team in a variety of settings including 'the library' balcony where they can relax on leather armchairs, read newspapers, use the free wifi and watch the world go by below in the historic Lanes. Downstairs is the main bar where there is a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere in the rustic surroundings with the famous centre island bar being the main focal point. The bar creates a sociable ambiance where guests and bar staff interact since there is no wall or bar-back dividing them. The talented bar staff are literally on stage. For reasons none of us remember and certainly no-one would want to challenge we always go to Fatto a Mano for lunch on Christmas Eve. The pizzas were gorgeous (special mention for the lovely vegan truffle pizza!) and the waiting staff very attentive and fun, clearly enjoying their work.

The atmosphere was great the food was beautiful the only thing they were short staffed so the drinks that were unreal just couldn’t come quick enough. Staff were amazing did apologise and give us a free shot of our choice. Would 100% go back.
