Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham. A lovely independent restaurant with tasty food. The menu is compact but all delicious with a selection of small plates and a few mains. Wine selection and cocktails are good too. The owners are lovely and excellent hosts. Well worth a visit.

Fab service today from Amy and the team. We were running very late due to heavy traffic but they were very accommodating. Unfortunately they had run out of fresh fish by the time we got there (their delivery was less than usual for some reason) however Amy gave us a complimentary drink each to compensate, which we didn't ask for but was gratefully received. We will definitely return next time we visit our in Exeter Uni. Thanks Team Harry's - you're amazing!

It starts with the ingredients. The ingredients were excellent quality and the food was amazing. Local Salcombe beers and ciders complimented local seafood.

We had a fantastic experience at the Millbrook on a return visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about their dishes, as well as being really polite and friendly. The food was excellent as always. Can highly recommend all round. Thank you to the Millbrook for a lovely evening.
