We ordered our meal and the waitress did tell us there would be quite a wait. Not a problem and well worth the 45 minutes. Please remember that this is freshly cooked food and quality produce. If you want a quick "ping" meal then best think about going to a large pub chain! All of our meals arrived pipping hot and well worth the wait, fantastic. We also met the two sisters who are the chefs and they told us that they along with a sisters husband have been there for 20 years. They were very passionate about what they do and how they source the produce as local as possible.
