    A True Treat – So Good I Went Two Days in a Row! I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Bistro Maison in McMinnville, OR, and it was such a standout experience that I went back the very next day. The food is a celebration of classic French cuisine—elegant, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care and talent. From start to finish, each dish felt like a warm invitation to linger and enjoy. The atmosphere is charming and intimate, and the service was consistently gracious and attentive without being overbearing. One of the real highlights was the thoughtfully curated local wine list, which perfectly complements the menu and showcases the best of the Willamette Valley. If you’re anywhere near McMinnville and appreciate French food (or just truly excellent dining), Bistro Maison is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back again!
