I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese, Creamed Spinach, and Lamb Chops (without breadcrumbs). Unfortunately, the Lobster Mac & Cheese was disappointing. The pasta was overly sticky, and the texture felt old—almost watery. I mentioned this to the bartender, who graciously removed it from my bill after acknowledging that it didn't look right. As for the Lamb Chops, they were prepared as I requested (medium), but they were quite tough and had a texture that seemed aged. Although I was okay with the doneness, the meat itself felt like it had been sitting out for some time. Despite these issues, I opted to pay for my meal as I truly appreciate the great customer service Capital Grille usually provides. I didn’t want to create a scene, but I left feeling regretful about the meal.
