Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. It’s an experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and warm hospitality. We have been regulars for quite some time and Bosphorous never fails to impress us. Cal and Ryan provided exceptional service during our visit to Nami. Cal’s recommendations were spot-on, introducing us to a variety of delicious dishes that went above and beyond our expectations. The restaurant’s tapas-style concept is perfect for sharing, and we loved trying everything family-style. Honestly, we’re still debating which dish or dessert was our favorite—they were all outstanding! A big shoutout to the chef for crafting such an incredible menu. The service was flawless, with the entire staff working seamlessly as a team. Their attention to detail and coordination created one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Nami is a must-visit, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
