Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Walked in late for our reservation, the staff kindly greeted and sat us, from the entry to our dessert the experience was one of the best I’ve had in the past 15 years of downtown dinning. The attention from the staff as group in the entire restaurant was truly a testament to the culture that has been created at the Arrogant Butcher. We look forward to our next experience. Absolutely wonderful! Our waiter was so attentive and kind. We celebrated our anniversary and he made it extra special with congratulations and a sweet treat. His food recommendations were spot on. We are definitely going back.

Everything was amazing. Food was the absolute best. Drinks were 10/10, service was excellent. We ate at Wren and Wolf and were escorted after to our reservation at Trophy Room. The entire night was cozy and decadent and elegant. Can NOT wait to come back.

Our server was amazing. The host stand was a 2/5. Not very pleasant and couldn’t be bothered but the server definitely made up for it as we were worried that the start of our experience at the front was setting the tone. Lucky us our server was a 10/10 and the food was delicious!
