Located on King Street in the centre of Reading, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. Cooking over a central grill makes for great theatrical cooking from our open-plan kitchen, overseen by Head Chef Nick Galer. Everything about this restaurant is outstanding. It was my wife's birthday so we were with the family and the day after, we are all still talking about the experience we had. The overall conclusion was that we had the best food we have had in a long time. The only improvement would be to have slightly more room around the table we had for 7.

Always a great time , food is always spotless , service always stunning , I wasn't sure if I was going to like the dish , the waitress told me if I struggled she would replace it for me , I ploughed through it and it was delicious :)

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch recently at the Old Boot Inn with a group consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The playground outside is a massive bonus point. Apart from a minor hiccup with 1 of the kids meals all of the rest was delicious. A lovely, cosy country pub.
