I like medium to medium-rare and my partner likes medium-well and we were not disappointed. There is alos a splendid salad bar like no other with an assortment of lettuce, vegetables, cheeses, boiled shrimp and smoked salmon. You could easily fill up on the salad bar alone but we were wise to leave room for the beef, chicken, lamb, and pork.
