Our products have been selected based on a deep desire to support local, make everything from scratch, and celebrate the community we are in.Our bar program has a strong cocktail focus, with great partners who have aligned ethical and ecologically sustainable practices. We focus on local brewers and distillers, and strive to curate a cocktail menu that focuses on ingredients that are local, flavourful, and unique. We strongly believe that the experience of dining, or enjoying cocktails isn’t only for those who drink alcohol.     Ten Foot Henry is my favourite restaurant in Calgary and has been consistently for years!! My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea! Thank you all as always for the exceptional hospitality, service & care this Valentine’s Day weekend!! Much love & appreciation, Sam

    Really enjoyed our first visit to Vero Bistro. The food was excellent, and our server was courteous and professional. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendations for our upcoming visit to Italy. Would have preferred to get our main courses a little quicker, but it was a busy night, so it wasn't a major issue. Looking forward to trying some of the other items on the menu on our next visit.
