Midwest Italian restaurant focusing on house made pastas, utilizing vegetables from Chef Joe Frillman’s family farm. Our bakery and cafe serves La Colombe Coffee alongside an array of pastries and sandwiches crafted by Chef Leigh Omilinksy.Dinner reservations are available Tuesday - Sunday; we are closed for dinner service on Mondays. Our cafe operates from 7:00am - 3:00pm every day. Lunch is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm every day. We do not take lunch or cafe reservations, it is first come first served. Please note that there will be a 25% service charge applied to all bills. This goes to pay our staff equitably as well as provide health and other benefits not typically offered in restaurants.

Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. This focus produces robust, clean flavors to compliment the flowers and herbs from our on-site greenhouse that also add beauty to each dish. Our 20’ x 28’ greenhouse allows us to grow all year, reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing on-site, and it helps the local ecosystem by attracting pollinators. Our sustainability efforts also include composting organic material left over during food preparation. We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have. Have a taste of Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Italy, Balkans and so much more! Brunch Menu is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We’ve passed through Eden on multiple occasions, noticed it when taking my Lab to MedVet & Eye Care for Animals. Staffers remembered our Anniversary (week) celebration (I forgot the note on the reservation 😛). We didn’t anticipate the complimentary beverage. Most establishments don’t offer anything these days, we really appreciated the gesture. Drinks are strong, I went w/ Manhattan, wifey w/ Hot Toddy. Food was great. I opted for Burger w/ Fries, wifey ate Duck Banh Mi w/ Eden Salad. I’m not a big fan of Kale but the side Salad was amazing!!

First time here. Tremendous blend of tastes from start to finish ! We tried 3 unique cocktails and were not disappointed. The Fig Carré is my favorite. For starters the Potted Carrots and Shaved Butternut First timers & Squash were delicious! Of the pastas our favorite ended up being Stuffed Farfalle with Pappardelle coming in 2nd. The rainbow trout was excellent & light. We so enjoyed every taste! The butter cake was THE BOMB. Service was attentive and top notch . Was exceptional culinary experience.
