Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. First experience at LeChon. Girls group. We ordered the bone marrow - it was the first time for all of us to have bone marrow. It was fabulous. We also had the Peruvian chicken, brisket empanadas, fried olives and almonds. All was fantastic. I highly recommend the bone marrow. The wait staff were the best. Very attentive and helpful. Even the Chef took a picture of us outside when we left and asked us about our experience. Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

The food at Roots was excellent. We have never had better halibut anywhere. Possibly the filet mignon had too many flavors for the taste of the delicious meat to come through, but everything else was very good. The service was wonderful and especially understanding as we tried to accommodate and corral the toddler in our party. I would go back to Roots in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful dining experience as always. Menu selection was outstanding. Dishes were prepared well and delicious. Waiter was attentive and professional. All four of us enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We went to Black Rabbit for thanksgiving dinner and had a wonderful time. The turkey, potatoes and gravy were delicious. The service was A+. We’re already planning to go back.
