Great food and service every time, epic dirty chai & highly recommend the chilli eggs (my go to!) but every food option is great!

Excellent food in an underrated restaurant. Has the potential to become a Cotton Tree institution. Until today was unaware open for lunch. Perhaps a bit more signage and promotion would be in order

We had a table overlooking the water. Menu was interesting and we had plenty of choice. Staff were attentive. Prices are great. We have been there both in the evening and for lunch, the ambience is exceptional.

Very nice authentic meals. Had a group and we got served our food relatively quickly. Had a great time.

We selected The Saigon Banquet which had an excellent selection of food. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were helpful and attentive. The only criticism was the food came out too quickly, so we asked the staff to please slow it down, which they did. We would definitely dine here again.
