Says so much about the chef, and how meticulous, from the selection of produce, through to the cooking techniques, must be in place. Waitresses were first class. Congratulations to management. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious.  Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later.
