Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. We enjoyed our Xmas Eve lunch, service and ambience great, food was good, particularly the desserts - bit disappointed with my gluten free yorkshire puddings which were a bit dense and stodgy. I make them at home so I know they can be light and fluffy, however I was pleased to be offered them at all as many restaurants don’t. Drinks are a little more expensive here than you might expect but extensive choice. Overall experience was very good, love the location at the foot of the downs, and look forward to a return visit.

Pre-show dinner, excellent service, fantastic curry pho with king prawns and extra mushrooms. Very tasty, as were the pork and lemongrass meatballs to start - delicious!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the high standard of cooking and imaginative menu at the Fig Tree. We went to celebrate two December birthdays with friends and had the tasting menu. This was well thought out and delivered some exceptional dishes. Sensible wine list too. We will definitely be returning

We were pleasantly surprised with a plate full of well cooked vegetables and meat. No complaints. It was good value for money and being Kosher it is definitely a bonus.
