We invite you to a journey into the gastronomic universe of Ettore Botrini, Greece's most influential Chef and Nikos Billis.Through tastes, textures and scents, the journey narrates the culinary origins of the Chefs, their experiences, the nostalgic yet contemporary way they approach Greek tradition, the stories of the places they grew up in: It has references to Corfu, a place of perpetual exchange of culinary influences, to islands where fishermen marinate swordfish in seawater, to ‘tsipouradika’, the simple taverns of Volos that a century ago the Asia Minor refugees brought to their new homeland.We invite you enjoy the journey in two ways. As an exploration but also as an escape: without a geographical mark or plan. Surrender to your senses, to the smiles of your loved ones, to our hospitality, to the elements of the small gastronomic ritual that will take place at your table.

Gloria Gati is the new restaurant of chef George Papakostas who jokingly refers to Gloria as the older sister of Vittoria Gati, another famous restaurant of his in Glyfada. Gloria is located in a historic building in the Athens center just 50 meters from Syntagma square. It is defined by an eclectic vintage design in a very cosy space where the pizza oven takes center stage. The bar serves award winning cocktails and over 100 wines from Greece and around the globe. The menu is Italian with a focus on homemade pasta and quality meats. The pizza is made from a 1937 sourdough and baked in a traditional oven imported from Naples. Some of the signature dishes include the steak tartare, arancini bolognese, the raviolo cacio pepe, the reginette al tartufo for truffle lovers as well as pollo francese and the ossobuco which is cooked for 12 hours. A tiramisu is a must here accompanied by a single estate espresso. Outside seating is available all year round in the courtyard of St George church

PO'BOYS BBQ, Athens' favorite pop up street food hangout is finally getting its own space.​PO'BOYS, born out of the effort of Chef and Owner Vassilis Sporos to get acquainted with the authentic Southern BBQ and the low and slow smoked meats in the Athenian audience. The project made its first appearance at the Christmas Food Market in Kotzia Sq in 2016 as a food truck and became an instant hit. From March 2018, it found its new home in the historic neighborhood of Psirri, Athens and is hosting guests every day with love and attention. Won't lie, in the menu, smoked brisket is king but its burgers have a fanatic crowd. Bao Buns, Tacos, Mac N Cheese and Steaks will make their way to your table too. You have to try one of the 40 Greek microbreweries featured in the shop. It won 11th place for best BBQ Joint in Europe in 2019 (Big 7 Travel) and voted best street food place in Athens for 2020 (Readers of Athens Voice).

    Our anniversary was ace. Rildi and Edward were Hard Rock. Welcoming and friendly. Made my fiancé and I felt at ease. Food was great venue was clean. The love lady with the cats in the merchandise department was lovely too.

    So many choices in Athens, however we were on a small Greek island for 2 months and wanted some pizza and nice Italian food. We got it here, everything we ordered was the best. The staff and service can only be described as excellent. So glad we spent our last night in Greece in this restaurant. Fine dining and comparable to some tourist trattoria prices

    Outstanding food and excellent atmosphere on this Christmas Eve. Shame they had technical issues which meant they could not find our reservation (despite having a confirmation email - they said it happens often and hence had spare tables - better phone them next time…) and we had to wait almost half an hour to pay because the card reader was not working. We nevertheless had a wonderful time and will be going back.
