Seated in a more modern room with somewhat close seating. The room would benefit from some sound dampening. Pork chop was outstanding. Expected a more intimate dining setting based on other reviews which may have been in other rooms.

Excellent food, well priced, and friendly service. The Sangria flight and paella were excellent!

We had a lovely lunch at Hotel Bethlehem. We had not gotten to the hotel during the holidays so we were so happy to see the beautiful decorations were in place. It's such a beautiful hotel. It was such a nice thing to do on a very cold January day. Thank you.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner on a quiet Monday night. The ambience of an historic hotel is magical. The food and service were excellent and the whole evening was just as we hoped it would be.

Had a wonderful get together after Christmas shopping in the historic section of Bethlehem. We were able to relax and enjoy drinks and food. They have a distillery where they sell the spirits that come from Martha Washington recipes and favorites. The cherry and blueberry bombs were a must buy!
