Situated in the heart of Farnham’s historic town centre but nestled within its own private gardens, The Bush is an independent hotel that has been welcoming guests through its doors since 1618.Offering Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and a full Bar Menu, the Bush Hotel is the perfect place for any occasion. The Oak Lounge, which dates back to the 15th century and features historic panelling and roaring fires, is the perfect spot for casual dining or relaxing with a coffee or cocktail. The Garden Restaurant, a quintessential Georgian morning room with a modern twist, offers a more formal dining setting and a beautiful space for larger events and parties. Our Garden Terrace and Gardens offer summer sun.Our menus have vegan and gluten free options and can cater for specific dietary requirements upon request. We are regarded as one of Farnham’s hidden secrets tucked away in the historic Borelli Yard in the bullseye of the town nearby to the central car park. A wonderful tranquil courtyard away from all the traffic and everyday hustle and bustle in the town where you can relax and enjoy lunch and dinner or simply a drink or a coffee throughout the day and evening.Our menu is inspired from the beautiful coastlines of the Mediterranean with fine regional wines from boutique producers to compliment popular dishes from Spain, Italy and France.We also offer a great range of draught beers including Estrella from Barcelona and Beavertown Neck Oil from London, a wide range of spirits and cocktails all served in a vibrant atmosphere playing great iconic music from the 70s to the 90s plus music videos at weekends.Our tables in the wine bar are set high for comfort and mixing with the drinking crowd at weekends, while our first floor restaurant offers a more relaxed dining environment.

Since my partner and I went to Caffe Piccolo on our first date, it has remained a staple for special occasion dinners. It is one of the only restaurants where I will try and have something new every time I visit, as I know the food to be continually outstanding. I wish there were a few more drinks options, a few basic cocktails perhaps. However this in itself has led me to discover a few wines that I enjoy very much therefore I cannot consider it a drawback.

We arrived for a family Sunday lunch. There were 7 of us and we arrived slightly early but this was no trouble and we were seated a few minutes early. Service was good - and the Sunday roasts were great with plenty of vegetables and giant Yorkshire Puddings. Very very good.
