Meilleur restaurant qu'on a fait jusqu'à présent. Les serveurs/serveuses sont respectueux, souriants, au petits soins pour nous, sans être étouffants. Les plats sont bien servis et très bon. Le restaurant est beau, classe et propres, c'est très calme. L'endroit parfait pour un bon repas.

Le Gia est ce genre de restaurant qui fait le charme de Montréal. Caché dans un coin discret qui ne paie pas de mine, c’est un véritable bijou, avec une ambiance et un service impeccable. Et ça c’est avant d’avoir pris une bouchée! Nous avons été très bien pris en main autant pour la nourriture que pour l’alcool. Note parfaite!

The experience was great… just a little over priced. I wouldn’t come back every week but I enjoyed myself.

Tasting menu was excellent! Our servers Nicholas & Emma were friendly & attentive and gave good wine recommendations. It’s a must experience whenever in Old Montreal.

We had an amazing time. We learned of Joe Beef from an Anthony Bourdain special last year, and in March of this year we learned we were going to move here. We’ve been planning to go here since we arrived in August, and were finally able to make it. It was everything we hoped it would be, and we were able to try some amazing dishes. Staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. Definitely the first of many visits while we live here.
