The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were happy to make recommendations and ensure our experience was enjoyable. While the wine selection isn’t extensive, it’s well-curated, offering a decent range of options to complement the menu. The only slight drawback is the restaurant’s location, which feels a bit out of the way or less central than ideal. However, once you’re inside, the ambiance and culinary offerings quickly make up for any hesitation about the setting. If you’re looking for a great seafood experience with excellent service, Fishbone is the place to go. It’s a true local standout!
