The food was excellent and atmosphere was great. I ordered and waited for food. The waitress didn't offer any rolls or bread while I waited on my dinner. My dinner was brought out fast after ordering, which I loved. Overall, a good experience.

After a disappointing experience on August 17th my husband and I decided to give Gibsons another chance after reassurances from Scott. Well, I have to say this time around was absolutely fantastic! The service was top notch and the food was excellent. Every request was attended to immediately. The entire Gibsons staff were so accommodating and friendly. When I spoke with Scott back in August he said next time we come in to ask for him so that he could make sure we were happy with our dinner. So I did ask for him to stop by and say hello and took several times of me asking before he stopped by, but it was a busy Saturday night so I understand he was busy. That was the only issue otherwise everything was perfect and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Everything from the service to the food and the timing of the entree’s was amazing. The drinks were also amazing. This was my first time and will be back very soon.

Perfection! If there were more than 5 stars they would be given! Our server was excellent - inviting, informative, just wonderful! The food was delicious. The eggplant parmesan is outstanding and there is no bread better than theirs. And to end with peppermint gelato!!!!

Our 19th anniversary was so memorable. Glad to have it at Michael Jordan's Steakhouse Oakbrook Illinois. So sad they're closing this month for good. Make reservations now or you'll have to go downtown Chicago, the Portland WA area, Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort in CT or S. Korea (the country).
