Everything came out perfect and the portion sizes were more than enough. We were in a back room area that was much more quiet and intimate than the bar area that you see when you walk in, which is what we wanted. I selected Thassos as our place of celebration, and oh how we felt like royalty! The food- just incredible. The service- best you’ll find in Chicago. The drinks? - better than those I’ve had at restaurants in New York or Denver. Such a romantic setting for our special day and I can’t thank Thassos enough for the beautiful memories we have created there.. Do yourself a favor and make a reservtaion, because this place has always been packed when I’ve been here and it’s no surprise! We would have preferred to sit in the main eating rooms. We were in a separate space that appeared to be a temporary space for Valentine’s Day. It did not feel as comfortable and it was very cold when guests would enter/exit the restaurant.
