Love this place , our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. Food was great , the arugula salad is awesome! I can’t find anything wrong with this place . Our service was great , I had the lobster and it was delicious . The wife had a steak and ur was cooked to perfection. Try this place !

Amazing night out with my darling. It was Valentines Day & I assumed it was going to be packed so I made reservations in advance. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the host, a gentleman who couldve been the manager by how he really cared about how the establishment was presented. He gave me a couple of vouchers for free drinks at the bar to make up for the wait, which was pleasently not as long as I assumed after seeing how many parties there were. We were seated & our waitress came within 5 min to get our drinks & our app orders. She brought bread and our drinks and got the rest of our order, but we never saw much of her after. She was nice, but she wasnt on top of our drinks and my girl asked her for water multiple times. I got my first and only refill when the gentleman who brought our entrees out asked if we needed anything. The food was exceptional! My chicken marsala was so amazing, & my girls Lemon Butter chicken was excellent as well. Deserts were out of this world. Loved the cheesecake, & the Cannoli was top 3, EVER! Best impression was left by the food, gentleman that was greeting everyone, & the quiet & romantic ambiance. I had a great evening & we will be returning!

Went for their Valentine's Day special tasting menu. Had several servers attend us and the som came around regularly as well. The food was amazing! We had several courses and the variety and quality were everything. It was expensive, but totally worth it for a special occasion.

Aldo's is the perfect upscale Italian restaurant. Upon entering you are greeted at the host stand and seated with care. The atmosphere has just the right amount of buzz (noise) from chatter and dining and music for the perfect ambiance. We received impeccable service from Sean. He was gracious, prompt, knowlegeable about both the food and wine menus, always around when we wanted him and never in the way. Our food was outstanding. My companion's Cioppino looked delicious with shrimp, mussels and clams in a hearty broth. My salmon was cooked perfectly to order and the flavor was divine. Highly recommend Aldo's to everyone.

We celebrated our anniversary there. A note from the staff welcoming us was on our table when we were seated. Sean, our server, was prompt, professional and able to answer every question we had about entrees, sides, and cocktails. The food, as always, was up to Tardif's high standards. We asked for salt for our risotto, and a manager and Chef Tardif both stopped by the table to apologize, although no apology was needed. We shared my personal favorite, Escargots, which were perfect as always. My Short Rib Risotto was delicious as was my wife's Lobster Wellington. The restaurant was full as it was two days before Valentine's Day, and here's hoping the restaurant continues to be successful as it is much needed in the NW San Antonio/Boerne area. We will be back often.
