Surprisingly good for a restaurant of its size. Food and service (Edgar) was great. A little long between courses.

Joseph's has been a favorite of Santa Fe locals for more than a decade. We dined there again last night. Keeps getting better and better. Many imaginative food offerings. Carefully curated wine list with variety of prices. Knowledgeable , friendly service.

I was there specifically for my birthday and I wanted scallops! Coyote Cafe did not disappoint. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Loved all the attentiveness. The scallops and accompaniments were outstanding as was the wine and my banana cream pie. Yum. Thanks for making my special occasion all the better! I highly recommend for any time!

Restaurant Week is a prix fixe three course meal at $60 per person. The 20% gratuity is automatically added. We both enjoyed our apps, ordered the two different veal entrees, and dessert was their special bananas Foster. Overall, the food was verry good and the service was attentive and non-obtrusive (all a plus in our opinion). The Sauv Blanc we ordered was three times the retail price, which is a bit exorbiitant. We have dined here before the latest renovations and enjoyed it. I would go back again for Happy Hour and dinner which is not available during Santa FeRestaurant Week. r

The reputation of this restaurant is well justified. The food choices are creative and well prepared. The cholula was excellent as was the sea bass with mole. However, the most notable thing about Sazon after the food is the staff. They are trained in the continental style. Totally attentive, coordinated service and very supportive of each other. Highly recommend Sazon for anyone visiting Santa Fe. I’m sure locals don’t need a review to decide to patronize this restaurant.
