I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink. Maison Carlos is a continental restaurant with an emphasis on French and Italian cuisine. Carlos and Lanie Farias opened Maison Carlos in December of 2002. After seven years on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, the couple made the decision to move their establishment a couple miles south to the El Cid neighborhood. They wanted a smaller restaurant with more of a neighborhood vibe. The new space has only eleven tables and is open for dinner only. Carlos is there every night, seating people, taking orders and is very hands on. Being open only for dinner Carlos spends his days shopping for the restaurant, selecting only the freshest ingredients.

Lindsay at the outside bar, along with Denise, were wonderful. Arin, our server for dinner was fantastic. Have always gotten fish, although this time enjoyed the chicken picatta that I saw go by for another order - and had to try it. My husband's snapper looked amazing. Not a stitch left on our plates. Always a great time, and why it is a must go destination. Thanks!

Excellent food and service. Very attentive to all our needs. Wonderful manager. Great atmosphere. Our family particularly loves sitting outside. We definitely consider this the best restaurant in Wellington, Florida and highly recommend!

Service great, food very good My only problem is how people are dressing these days to Bimini. It’s like they are going to McDonald’s. There was a lady who entered in her socks, I kid you not. She went straight to the bar. This is a restaurant that opens at 5 pm. It’s a place who sent my husband away for wearing no sleeves years ago. Also they used to decorate really nice for Christmas now it’s plain.
