At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. We have been coming here for about 7 years when in Clearwater Beach. Have always enjoyed it but I think tonight was the best meal ever. Our server was Sierra and she was spot on in every way. RJ was the bartender and made my husband’s martini to perfection. I had the Autumn mahi-Mahi and it was fabulous! My husband chose their meatloaf selection. He enjoyed it emensly and found the portion so generous he could not finish. Always a favorite when in Clearwater Beach.

We have been going to the Black Pearl for a few years now, and it never disappoints, the staff the food always outstanding. Don’t want to say too many good things otherwise it’ll be impossible to get in when we want return.

This was a great find. Food was excellent. Superbly presented and the wine pairing for the food was perfect. It is definitely value for money. Sadly we are on holiday otherwise we would definitely go back.
