It existed for centuries as a water wheel driven grist mill, and later hosted both a post office and a general store. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Other organic game meats served are antelope, elk, ostrich, kangaroo and wild boar. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar has a full-service bar with its signature creations as well as traditional cocktails.     The food and service were excellent and we were thrilled to learn our server Kali is also the pastry chef! We had the best crème brûlée we have ever eaten, along with an amazing espresso chocolate cake. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

    Bucks County needs a venue like Frost. Site is tiny which is great except when you are seated near loud, obnoxious guests. Prices are high, yes. But most reviews fail to understand that there is no cover or music charge. Cocktails are crafted perfectly. The tapas were outstanding, the main entree just ok. They recognized my wife's birthday which spoke volumes because it means they read the notes left for the restaurant which are usually overlooked. Nice work. Well worth a visit. We will return

    Excellent. Waited came to table because he read my shellfish allergy, and identified the items that were dangerous, I was so thankful and impressed that they took the time to explain- it made my dining experience most enjoyable. Food was delicious as always
