As always, the food was phenomenal. Everyone there is wonderful, especially Chet. This is my favorite restaurant and always tell everyone if they need to dine at W &M.

This was our first time at Gaucho’s Prime as it was listed as participating in the King of Prussia Restaurant Week. Otherwise, we don’t usually dine in the KoP area. The offer seemed like the best value of the restaurants this week. Actually, it was excellent for $40/person. We started with the Brazilian cheese bread. Yummy!! Love that spongey texture and cheese. So good I split the last little roll with my husband. As soon as I did, tge servers were immediately replacing the empty roll bowl with another. More cheesy bread! Next course was unlimited visits to the well appointed salad bar and Brazilian hot that featured traditional beans and different kinds of rice. There was also soup and some specialty dishes. Beside that bar was the salad bar which included specialty prepared salads, traditional salad bar fare, vast variety of cheeses and the best charcuterie selections and bread. I loved the fresh papaya, pineapple and cantaloupe to round out the flavors from both salad bar and Brazilian hot bar. I told my husband I could just have the food from both bars. It’s that satisfying. But we were in it for the whole experience. Third course was the Meat Service… Rodizio. We’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses with the family and for special events. I must say, the flavors, quality, doneness of the meat has been, by far, the best at Gaucho’s Prime. You request medium rare, medium, well done… and that’s exactly how your slices/pieces are served. No tough dried out overly thick sliced meat as in other steakhouses. Meat served is tender and doesn’t lack flavor. My favorites were the Picanha and Alcatra sirloins medium rare, garlic steak, lamb, and the grilled cheese with drizzled honey. Then finished off with a little more fruit from the salad bar. I’d definitely recommend Gaucho’s Prime for the win for restaurant week.

Good food. Food reasonably priced for what you get. Drinks are a little expensive. Service was great. Only complaint is that our tacos were not hot or even warm when they were brought out. Still delicious though!

Cutest little place run by good people that make even better food! It was purrfect.
