Reservations are available at Sightglass as Experiences for parties of 15 to 50.A welcoming destination for everyday occasions, our Sycamore flagship is home to a coffee bar, full-service kitchen, and coffee roastery. The interior accommodates up to 150 guests, while a sun-drenched patio introduces our first dedicated outdoor space. Like all of our coffee bars, our coffee program at Sycamore encourages a connection to each cup, whether an individually prepared V60 pour-over, cold coffee on tap, or a classic latte. Espresso-based drinks create the foundation of the menu, while a rotating cast of single-origin offerings, some of which will be specific to Sycamore, will offer guests a unique and seasonally changing coffee experience.While pastries are available throughout the day, during the morning guests are greeted with house made sourdough bagels, croissants and cinnamon rolls, along with breakfast sandwiches and Straus yogurt with granola.
