過去数年に渡り、ホーシャムとブルー・ベル間で著しい成長を遂げているモンゴメリー郡は、新しいレストランのホットスポットとして注目されています。もうすぐオープン予定のPanache Wood Fire Grillは、ハビブ・トロウディがオーナーを務めています。今年初旬に閉店したイタリアンレストラン、L’Angolo Blueの建物を利用したPanacheでは、トロウディの言う「シンプルなコンセプト」に基づき、薪と炭で焼いた薄い生地のナポリピッツァのほか、プライムステーキ、シーフード料理などの新アメリカ料理も提供しています。バー2軒を併設し、うち1軒に設置した巨大な5トンのオーブンで調理したクリスピーなピザや鉄鍋料理を楽しめます。

    A great Italian meal that I will surely come back to and try the rest of the menu! We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner and the service was exceptional. We will be sure to come back and try more.

    This was our second time at La Provence and while the first time was excellent, this was more so. The food made me shut my eyes and take pleasure in the flavors passing my tongue. The interaction with waitstaff was very enjoyable and the amount of time I could enjoy a quiet undisturbed conversation with my wife was a joy. All of this was amazing to experience on Valentine’s Day!

    Just a little loud with the music and the crowd but minus that the food was excellent as always and service was good. Will be back again, hopefully soon!

    Went out to an early Valentines dinner and it was delightful. Service was excellent. The owner even stopped by our table to chat and he is a really nice guy. Cocktails were delicious. The food was incredible. Started with the hummus and calamari. I had the lamb shank and she had the tuna. Definitely some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back.
