Although it was quiet when we came into the show, when we got out, the restaurant was bustling. Very fun watching the bull riding, and the line dancing classes. We were asked what kind of water we wanted for our table and told our server, Evelyn would be right over to take our order, which she did. She took our cocktail order and when they were served she took our dinner order. My husband had the foil gras mousse and I had the tapioca custard appetizer.
