We had a reservation and were seated next to the window with a lovely view of the water and Mt Tamalpais. Everyone from our hostess to the server to the manager who visited our table were polite, friendly and on top of things. I had the Chicken Mattone Puttanesca - the chicken was a very large portion and cooked perfectly. The sauce was nice but could have used more vegetables. My wife had the eggplant parmesan (her fave) and said it was excellent. Flourless chocolate cake was delicious. Despite it being a busy night for them we never felt rushed.
