The server steered us in just the right direction for wines that paired perfectly with our dinners. I also noticed that every meal that came out of the kitchen was closely inspected but the manager to make sure they were on the mark (and they were). The pan seared lamb was absolutely magnificent, perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender; the waiter offered to get me a steak knife to cut it, but I didn't need one! The sauce chasseur was the perfect accompaniment to the meat and this was probably the most delicious lamb dish that I've ever had!
