ステーキも美味しいが、サイドメニューがどれも素晴らしい。クラブケーキのソース(ビスクっぽい)は特に印象的です。カボチャのビスクも甘味があって、少しドロッとした濃厚さで安定の美味しさ。ステーキは毎回リブアイのミディアムレアをオーダーしてますが、今回は少し火が入りすぎてたよう。でもとても満足いく美味しいステーキでした。ロサンゼルスのお店は少し残念だが、ニューヨークのお店は毎回期待通りです。

アメリカでメキシカン料理というと、ボリュームいっぱい、チーズたっぷり、というイメージでしたが、このお店は良い意味でイメージ違いでした。洗練された味、量も少なめなので、少食な日本人があれこれ頼んでも心配ないメニューでした。お店の雰囲気も素敵でした。
