Chef Carta brings the authentic simple elegance of the Sardinian dining tradition to your table. Sardinian cuisine is known for the purity of food and flavors. To insure the authenticity of the dining experience Chef has imported an authentic hood wood-burning oven for the kitchen. The menu is focused on farm fresh and locally grown food. Chargrilled meats and local fish will be cooked in the oven as it is in Sardinia. Taste the Sardinia bread, know as Pane carasau, baked fresh daily which welcomes you at your table. The pasta dough is also made fresh daily. Revel in the authentic Sardinian paella made with fregola and enjoy the unique flavor of bottarga. To maximize the pleasure of sharing good food with good friends, Sardinia has 45 seats- 24 in the main dining room, a chefs table for 10 and 13 seats in the bar area. Good food-good conversation-good friends. A true Sardinia experience you will not forget.

Our casual restaurant has a retro contemporary theme which includes a carved wood bar topped with marble, granite table tops and bright turquoise and red accents flanking the wood-burning brick oven. Terrace seating is shared with our fine dining concept Bella Roma. Flavio, a third-generation chef from Venice, Italy, says his Farinata is not available anywhere else in the area. The thin pancake (much like a tortilla) is made of chickpeas, baked in the wood-burning oven and enhanced with rosemary and other savory toppings. Among Flavio's thin-crust pizzas (his grandfather's recipes) are the popular Quattro Stagioni (fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto, olives) and the Pizza Vegetariana with assorted grilled veggies. The rustic bread and focaccia are made on the premises. Flavio's also serves up house-made pasta dishes, plus veal and seafood entrees. We look forward to serving you!

Paulo & Bill Restaurant in Shawnee serves up well-presented seafood and Italian cuisine including the classics and more modern choices.Paulo & Bill Restaurant offers appetizers that include garlic bread, wood-fired salmon salad, calamari, crab cakes and goat cheese bruschetta. Pasta options can be made gluten free and include the house-made gnocchi, wild mushroom ravioli and lasagna. Guests can choose entrées like the chicken piccata and Mama Mia grilled beef tenderloin with whipped potatoes. There is also a wood-fired oven with a number of pizza selections, such as peppered chicken and applewood smoked bacon. Paulo & Bill Restaurant has an outdoor seating area, a kids' menu and a special happy hour menu that includes small plates, such as lasagna rolls and sausage or beef tenderloin flatbreads.
