LOUD, VIBRANT, DELICIOUS...Situated on Wheeler Street in the centre of Cambridge, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. I would like to thank The Blues Kitchen for yet another amazing night. The food, service and ambiance was outstanding. The manager and trainee manager were a delight. The trainee manager (a young Canadian man) will be an asset to the restaurant, he kept us laughing and provided an exceptional service. See you again soon 🙂

This restaurant was strongly recommended to us by a friend who had very much enjoyed an evening there. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu was not too big and had a good cross section of dishes. The food was excellent, we will definitely return. The only thing to mention is the toilet is in the Unity building and requires staff to keep an eye out to let you back into the restaurant!

A relaxed & welcoming restaurant- helpful & cheerful staff, ready when needed, but not at all intrusive. I had the best bbq steak rib ever 👌& my sisters Sirloin was perfect also, and if we are ever back in Stratford, this is where we'll eat. Thank you all at HS&Co, a dream team & perfect food & ambience.
