Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. Service makes a meal! Exceptional service from all the team at Blues Kitchen. My husband & I, visit every year to celebrate our anniversary & the team consistently remember and provide amazing service. Can’t thank you all enough! (A celebratory Prosecco each & dessert was also complimentary - thank you).

A popular restaurant, our 1st time as a family trying hotpot, where you have a hot broth in the middle of the table and order platters of meat & veg to cook in it. Very fun as a family activity and great place to bring picky teenagers. Staff checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed or if we wanted to order more. There is a strong smell of lamb throughout the restaurant that took 2 days to air out of my jacket, also the floor was wet by the end of the evening from the steam from all the hotpots, even though the staff was doing its best to mitigate, so take care when walking.
