旬の食材を中心に調理しているニューアメリカン料理のレストランで、地元の農家や地元の海に着想を得ています。シェフが作るそれぞれの料理に合わせ慎重に選ばれたアメリカの地ビールやワインを用意しています。屋外のパティオ、上階の席または居心地のよいラウンジでロングアイランド湾の景色を眺めながら、旬のピュレや絞りたてのジュースで作った職人による自家製のカクテルを楽しめます。2004年にグリーンポートで創業したザガットで食事とサービスの両方においてトップに格付けされたレストランで、2008年春にポートジェファーソンの港に移転しました。ご注意：10名以上のグループでの予約には、クレジットカード情報が必要です。

Been coming to the restaurant from its opening and 17 years on it’s just as good if not better ! The main challenge of running a good restaurant is consistency and quality of food. This place never disappoints, friendly and well trained staff ensure a good experience and the food mostly locally sourced by season is always fantastic . I’d say there is something for everyone and don’t be scared to try something different. Last night I had my favourite Kobe burger which was amazing!

The service was impeccable and the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Always have a great experience here and the locals are so very nice.

Food and service were good. Prix fixe menu was limited but had 4 main choices at a reasonable price. Dessert selection was more robust with more options.

Always consistently great! The filet is better than most fine steak houses that I have been to which is a lot! Great drinks also and great staff!

Some of the best calamari I’ve ever had. The whole meal was great. Creative menu with well-paired flavors. There was a good local wine selection too. Five stars all around!

My party included 2 vegans and 2 persons who are gluten sensitive. The Fifth Season restaurant is very vegan and GF friendly, offering a variety of choices in both these categories. They even delivered GF bread to the table to eat with the initial offering of bread and butter or humus. I can't think of another restaurant that provides GF bread.
