アメリカ生まれのブラジル式ステーキハウスです。洗練された快適な雰囲気の中で、美味しいディナーと品揃え豊富なワイン/カクテルを提供しています。充実した季節のサラダバー（前菜、美味しい野菜、各国チーズ、自家製スープ、サラダなど）をはじめ、「ガウーショ」が切り分ける味付け肉（牛肉、子羊肉、豚肉、鶏肉、ブラジルソーセージ）、伝統的な付け合わせ料理を楽しめます。食事を締めくくる方法は1つしかありませんが、これを食べるともっと欲しくて再び来店したくなることでしょう。

              People with 1 star reviews must have gone on a bad night. The food wasn’t amazing but it was good. Bigger cuts of meat were medium-rare and the smaller cuts were medium-well. Salad bar was good. Not a fan of paying extra for desert but we were too full anyway. Staff was good but did have a little wait even though it wasn’t that busy. Would go again.

              The young lady that took care of us was super sweet, never let our drinks go empty and was really nice and informative and helpful. The tall man with the glasses that brought out meat was rude to me and my husband and unprofessional and almost made the experience bad, but thanks to our waitress and the other two men that served the meat we had a enjoyable time.

              I made reservations (for 2) well in advance of the holiday and decided on an early dining time. I’m disappointed as we were seated at a table in the bar area, which is open to the casino hallway area. We didn’t experience a nice low noise meal. Our ambiance is 👎. Our waitress was the bartender, so our service was slow. The food was good, the “salad bar” is fabulous. I expected something more like a dining experience.

              Food quality was top shelf and Hostess service was fantastic! A bit slow tonight, which was okay with us, however the gentlemen behind the meats would full out blitz us every time we flipped the coin to green. Easy fellas…take your time, there’s no need to rush quality!

              We expected a nice variety of meats, we were disappointed. Salad bar was fair, nothing I'd brag about, besides the smoked salmon was good. They served filet (overcooked) , sausage, pork loin, 3 flavors of chicken (the bbq bacon wrapped was good) Lamb chops (extremely overcooked) Sirloin (some good-some overcooked) Grilled pineapple. That's it. For the price...we expected ribeye and other beef items. Won't be back.

              Having dinner was a celebration for my daughter‘s birthday. Everything was perfect service food in the variety at the salad bar was amazing. We will be back again on a special occasion oh, and let’s not forget the desserts.
