シカゴの賑やかなウエスト・ループのフルトン・マーケット地区にあるFormento’sは、イタリアの明るく新鮮な風味に包まれたイタリアンレストランです。オーナーの祖母Nonna Formentoへの挨拶として建てられたレストランで、自家製パスタ、繊細なアンティパスト、薪で焼いた魚やステーキなどの様々な料理を楽しめます。世界クラスのワインメニューには600種類以上の世界中の銘柄が含まれます。 Formentoでは新しい世界料理の創造性が過去の世代と融合します。 Restaurant Rowを望む2階のロフトにある居心地の良いプライベートイベントスペース３カ所（10～200名で利用可）にはプライベートバー、独立したエントランスがあります。

                                                                                          Everything was excellent! The mushroom toast special really stood out and our group enjoyed a lovely evening at Formento’s. Our server Pam was amazing! As well as the sommelier!

                                                                                          What a wonderful dinner! My husband & I wanted to try their menu as we’re searching for a venue to host an anniversary celebration, and Formento’s has been so kind to us. We felt so welcomed and invited by their kind staff. Mina, our wonderful waitress for the evening, was so thoughtful. She made sure everything we ordered came out in perfect timing so each pasta would be hot and fresh. And the food itself? Outstanding. Fresh pasta, gorgeous sauces, indulgent starters & sides. We were so happy from start to finish. Thank you, Formento’s!

                                                                                          Went for a birthday dinner, the vibe was nice, our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service. I got the Bucatini Carbonara and the tiramisu which were both excellent. Will definitely be back!

                                                                                          Perfecto! The service was amazing, thoughtful, and well-paced. All of the dishes were delicious and tasted so fresh. The gluten free options are out of this world (I mean GF bread, pasta, and tiramisu - do I need to say more?)!! Really worth a visit. We will be back!
