A hidden gem in the Knudsen`s Corner area of Holladay, Utah.

Franck`s is a casual fine dining restaurant set in a renovated old home with a warm, contemporary design. The dining room is small and cozy; it’s a friendly neighborhood "getaway". Franck`s menu may be described as American with a multi continental flare. On the menu you will find classic American comfort food such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and steak as well as exotic flavors from around the world.

At Franck`s our chef and his team prepares your meal as you watch him in our open kitchen and on our dining room `chef cam`! Franck`s sets a new standard for excellence in cuisine, service and ambiance at reasonable prices.

Franck's did it again - we had an AMAZING Valentine's Day 8-course dinner and every single dish was outstanding. Truly a hidden gem in Utah.

We celebrated my mother's birthday here and we loved it! Everything we ordered was so delicious and beautifully presented. The brioche bread with miso butter, the tomato danish, the meatloaf, and their soup! I would honestly come back even just to try their soups and different appetizers it was seriously that good! Plus the service was great, very attentive and kind. We are definitely coming back!

Had a very good dinner experience at Franck’s . Food quality was very good, Wendy was a very attentive server. Our only negative issue was the noise level in the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Friday night. While I realize the restaurant can’t control the guests at their tables, it seemed like all of the larger parties were celebrating events with lots of loud voices….. I highly recommend Franck’s considering the entire experience overall.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with the entire team! The food was creative and timeless- great blends of classic preparation with a twist. The servers were attentive and made us feel like we were transported into a Michelin starred restaurant in France or Italy- thank you!!

Asked waiter if the short rib had garlic and he said almost none. The chimichurri had big chunks throughout. Had to flag down the individual who was filling our water to get more drinks because our waiter didn’t come over for 15 minutes. Maybe my fault for the order of the pork loin because it had a cotton candy dashi. I like sweet dishes but this was almost desert like with the amount of sugar in it. We saved up for this meal and we were both disappointed in the service and most of the food.
