   こちらのシェフのジャーダの番組を以前見ており、せっかくラスベガスに行くからには一度レストランに伺いたいと思い予約を入れました。 予約時に窓際の席をリクエストしていましたが、リクエスト通りの席にしてくださいました。 お店の雰囲気、料理の質ともに素晴らしかったです。 一つ一つの料理もアメリカンな大味ではなく、日本人の口にも合うイタリアンでした。 コストパフォーマンスもフォーコーナーズに位置していることを加味してもとても良いと思います。 自分はあまり英語がスムーズではないのですが、担当のウェイターの方はそのことがわかるとゆっくり丁寧に声をかけてくださり、とても親切でした。 ラスベガスに行く際はまた訪れたいと思います。

   初めて行き、大して英語も喋れない私たち夫婦でも、とても親切にメニューの説明をしてくれました。また、一番眺めの良い席でした。予約の際にハネムーンであると書いたからなのか、たまたまなのかはわかりませんが、思い出に残りました。また行きたいお店です。

   前菜、スープ、パスタにステーキ‥全体的にハズレは無いけど、他のレストランに比べピザが美味しい！ 予約していても入り口で毎回待たされるが、席に着いた後のサービスは、早く卒がない満足レベル！

   Had a lovely dining experience, wonderful service from Fred… Made our anniversary so special! Attention to detail, great advice on food pairing with wine. Enjoyed the view from the open windows of Las Vegas!

   Been here several times and first time ordered the focosia bread. Thought it would be a flat bread but more like buns which were dry Caesar salad was like a vinegarette for dressing not creamy at all. The lemon pasta with prawns was good. Grilled chicken as an add on which was good too Not sure we would go back again.

   Perfect evening. Very affordable f or an upscale Vegas restaurant. It was a business dinner and everyone loved it. It will be a regular stop from now on when in Vegas

   My wife and I chose Giada for our 3rd anniversary dinner. We felt comfortable from the moment we sat down, The space is light and inviting. The menu had plenty of familiar and delicious sounding dishes, but we did notice that everything was significantly higher priced than average restaurants of its kind. Given the location, we were pretty accepting of the price point, however, we did expect the execution to be exceptional. We ordered the oysters, which were fresh, firm and delicious, and the wood roasted artichokes were average, but also yummy. We loved the focaccia with its dipping oil! Our entrees were The Prime NY Steak, Lemon Spaghetti and Spicy Bucatini. The steak was absolutely delicious and the kiss of wood fire flavor was crave able, but it was significantly over cooked (ordered medium rare and received medium well) and the Maitake/romanesco garnishes were underwhelming. The lemon spaghetti was lifeless, overcooked and a touch bitter, not balanced and bright and glossy like we’d expected. Once again, for the price point and simplicity of the dishes, we really expected the execution to be much higher level. The bucatini was good, but also a touch overcooked, the sauce a bit too tight and the amount of ricotta was a laughable 1/2 teaspoon, adding nothing to the dish. We were really grateful for the compliment Prosecco! The service was the overall best part of our dining experience.

   Loved the location, ambience, view and most of all the waitress was AMAZING! While the food wasn’t the most amazing Italian I’ve ever had, it was very good and overall experience was great. I would eat here again.

    Great experience. The food and the recommendations Victor gave us were amazing! The food, the wine and the espresso martini were memorable. Definitely coming back.
