イタリア料理ファンなら歓喜するニュースです。エミー賞受賞のセレブリティ・シェフGiada De Laurentiisが、The Cromwell内に彼女の初めてのレストランGIADAをオープンしました。 この魅力的なラスベガスのレストランは、温かみのある色調、快適な家具、たっぷりの日差しを取り入れる大型の格納式の窓が備わり、ダイニングルーム、ラウンジ、ベラージオの噴水やシーザーズパレスの素晴らしい景色を望む窓際のテーブルでの食事が可能です。 メニューはカリフォルニアの影響を受けたさわやかなイタリア料理で、レモンスパゲッティ、鶏肉のカッチャトーレ、マルサラハーブ・チキンミートボール、ローズマリーのフォカッチャ、レモンのフラットブレッド、野菜のボロネーゼ・リガトーニなどを用意しています。GIADAの全ての料理は、クラシックなイタリアのレシピに忠実ながらも、軽いタッチが加えられています。 また、家庭的なメニュー、ビーガンメニュー、グルテンフリーメニューも用意しています。レモンリコッタ・クッキーやシャーベットなどのデザートも楽しめます。

                                                                                        こちらのシェフのジャーダの番組を以前見ており、せっかくラスベガスに行くからには一度レストランに伺いたいと思い予約を入れました。 予約時に窓際の席をリクエストしていましたが、リクエスト通りの席にしてくださいました。 お店の雰囲気、料理の質ともに素晴らしかったです。 一つ一つの料理もアメリカンな大味ではなく、日本人の口にも合うイタリアンでした。 コストパフォーマンスもフォーコーナーズに位置していることを加味してもとても良いと思います。 自分はあまり英語がスムーズではないのですが、担当のウェイターの方はそのことがわかるとゆっくり丁寧に声をかけてくださり、とても親切でした。 ラスベガスに行く際はまた訪れたいと思います。

                                                                                        初めて行き、大して英語も喋れない私たち夫婦でも、とても親切にメニューの説明をしてくれました。また、一番眺めの良い席でした。予約の際にハネムーンであると書いたからなのか、たまたまなのかはわかりませんが、思い出に残りました。また行きたいお店です。

                                                                                        前菜、スープ、パスタにステーキ‥全体的にハズレは無いけど、他のレストランに比べピザが美味しい！ 予約していても入り口で毎回待たされるが、席に着いた後のサービスは、早く卒がない満足レベル！

                                                                                        We both did the Chef’s Tasting. We each ordered the opposite choice so that we could try it all. Everything was perfectly prepared. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were very good at what they did. Our service was spot on. We will remember this meal, this experience, and we would definitely recommend.

                                                                                        The signature lemon spaghetti dish with shrimp was very good but somewhat overpriced, we felt. The grilled chicken was not grilled to order, but we could tell it had been sitting in a warming tray. The shared chocolate dessert was excellent but pricey. The service was good but not especially friendly. It will probably be a one time experience for us, slightly underwhelming.

                                                                                        Great experience. We got seats against the window with a view of the strip. We didnt have to ask or book them either. Service was great as usual. Food was great. We both got the romaine salad and Giada’s Signature Lemon spaghetti. We also got the Hot cocoa soufflé for dessert. Everyone from reception, bartender, and wait staff provided excellent service. Restaurant was busy too.

                                                                                        I Have been an OpenTable VIP since the inception of the platform. Giada’s was one of the best restaurants ever. My wife and daughter’s pasta dishes were great and expertly prepared. I had the branzino and definitely recommend that dish. I highly recommend this restaurant!

                                                                                        It’s hard to know where to start with how amazing this a restaurant! The service is five star. They really made you feel like you were the only person in the restaurant when it was full. It was my birthday and they made me feel special and decorated my dessert to acknowledge my birthday. The food was out of this world. A must go when you come to Las Vegas.

                                                                                        Beautiful place!! Food very good. Loved the lemon pasta. Our waiter seemed to forget about us. We waited a lot between corses. Manager said they dropped our food order, saying thats why it was taking so long He said he would take something off the bill to compensate but he didnt. But it was a beautiful restaurant and the food was very goid
