   Such a great Sunday Brunch spot - view, delicious seafood, and even a wonderful photographer. The lobster tail is fresh, firm and tender - like it was just trapped and the shrimp cocktail succulent. We also enjoyed specialty cocktails of Long Beach Lemonade - all to take in the scenery.    We had reservations for 5:30 pm on a Friday evening. Was told that they did not have any crab legs available! Your a sea food restaurant, and on a Friday evening you did not have crab legs. The quality of food and service was below average, especially for the cost pf the items served. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

   Gladstones used to be a special occasion restaurant and we dined there frequently. However, the last two times have not been up to their previous standards. Yes, the location is fantastic, the view is lovely, but I feel those are the main things going for it. If you want to bring out of towners to enjoy a nice view of Long Beach, this would be pleasant. But if you’re thinking of bringing foodies, don’t. The fish was ok (Chilean sea bass with a good butter sauce) but the portions are barely adequate and the sides (mashed potatoes, broccoli) were pretty ho hum. My companion said the steak was flavorful, but agreed the (same) sides were nothing to notice. We’ve all begrudgingly accepted that restaurant prices have skyrocketed, but the value at Gladstone’s doesn’t live up to the cost.

   mid food with a wonderful ambience! overpriced for the quality and quantity but rent has to be paid for the wonderfully delicious views of the harbor. wouldn’t return here anytime soon!

    It was a quiet rainy night. Service was excellent. I got a customized cocktail and it was fabulous. Dinner was a lobster tail with grilled shrimp....excellent. Thank you
