Granite City Food & Breweryは温かく居心地の良いモダンなデザインで、広々とした店内にはゆったりとした快適なダイニングルーム、4辺をカウンターが囲むモダンなフルサービスのバー、プライベートダイニングエリア3カ所があり、屋外パティオも付いています。メインダイニングとバーエリアから受賞歴のある併設のハンドクラフトビール工房が見えます。オープンキッチンもあり、斬新な特製料理や薄焼きパンなどをシェフが一から手作りしている様子を眺めることができます。 Granite City Food & Breweryの敷地内で作る特製ビールには、The Duke（ペールエール）、The Bennie（ボック）、The Batch（ダブル・インディア・ペールエール）、The Northern（アメリカンスタイル・ライトラガー）、The Stoutなどがあり、年間を通じて季節のビールを楽しめます。

    Our server, Cher, was excellent! She was friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and happy. Excellent service! She delivered our great meals in the proper time. Bravo!

    Short staffed. Waiter was obviously new and took too long to provide drinks and food. He had to leave for a family emergency. Took almost 2 hours. Last time I was there the service was excellent.

    Hunter was a good server. The fish tacos were good but fish portion inside were small. Beer tacos were ok. Kids chicken tenders were good.
