    The restaurant is available for private or semi-private functions for groups of 20-100. The spectacular Private Alpine Ballroom accommodates group of 10-100. The Executive Boardroom accommodate more intimate groups of 6-40. Grouse Mountain Grill does have a Group Services and Sales Manager to help with every step of the planning for private or special events of all kinds. Corporate dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and retirement parties, family reunions and brunches are examples of the special events our guests have enjoyed at our location. Grouse Mountain Grill delivers a very high level of service to all of our guests and groups receive the same attention to detail as our individual diners.     I asked about a vegetarian dish because there was surprisingly none on the menu. The waitstaff gave me two choices: a very heavy pasta and an Asian stirfry. I ordered the latter. What came out was literally just a few vegetables for an entrée. There is no explanation or offered to supplement. it was just a few veggies. My advice would be to have one vegetarian thing on the menu so it wasn’t a surprise. Was not great and the atmosphere was super off where we were sitting. On the positive the tater tots were good.

    Such a lovely meal. Excellent service. Delicious food! Bar service from Justin wonderful! Can’t say enough good things! Will be back soon!

    The service was very good. They had at least four different people come to our table to get us going with everything. Waiter was very knowledgeable and pointed out the items of note. We had the Lobster Marscopone to start with and then salmon and black cod. Both entrees were delicious. Poached pear was not my favorite for desert. By desert, the noise level was so high, we were shouting across the table to talk. All in, it was a great dinner, just a few minor issues made it not outstanding.

    The dining experience at Grouse Mountain Grill is exceptional! Our server, Duffy, changed “dinner” for our family into an interesting visit to an art gallery through his colorful descriptions of each entree, transforming each into a work of art. We loved it!

    Excellent overall - staff friendly and welcoming, drinks and food were outstanding, service (Scott primarily but others as well) were attentive and personal. Cost obviously on an upper end but not unexpected for a top resort restaurant with a high level of food and service. Will definitely return next time we are in Beaver Creek.

    Grouse Mountain Grill is an upscale restaurant. The menu is limited, while the wine list is extensive. Both are quite expensive.

    It was a great dining experience. 4 people with no alcohol and $125 per person is not to shabby. Food was great and definitely go back. My reason for 4 star instead of 5 is service that has catching. All the staff were absolutely top notch except the waiter. Our waiter Elliot maybe doesn’t like people? We did tip 20% since rest of the staffs were so good!! I would definitely ask for different waiter and since waiter alone doesn’t make or break the restaurant, we’ll definitely give another try next year since entrees were thumbs up!!

    We had the lobster stuffed filet and Osso buco , both prepared to perfection. The carrot cake presentation was unique and delicious.
