   The food hasn't been good here in a long time. I've been here three times where the table has asked for medium-rare steaks and they come back well-done. I also had the Vietnamese salad, and there was barely any dressing on the salad (lightly on the top leaves). The rest of the salad was dry underneath. They also said there would be peanuts, and there were maybe 3. It came with 5 tiny pieces of steak. The free cookies at the end are the only reason it has 2 stars instead of 1. I kept thinking it was a fluke each time I came here and it was bad (because it used to be amazing)--but it's official, this restaurant is terrible. Also, I'm in my 30s and don't mind loud places, but you literally can't hear a thing in this restaurant. There is no noise canceling interior design, so you shout the whole time--and this is at lunch.

   I flew into Denver and wanted to treat my son, who is in college, to a memorable dinner. The Guard and Grace accomplished everything I wanted my son to experience. It is expensive, which you understand before you even make a reservation. But the ambiance, the minute you walk in, combined with the impeccable service and possibly the best steak you might ever have, make it worth it. If you could afford it. I have nothing but great things to say about Guard and Grace. Thank you for the experience.

   To dine here, is to experience a culinary adventure. This brand prides itself on creating a departure from the usual dining out. Their attentive near white glove service, extends from initial reservation and seating through dining - nearly obscuring their renowned reputation for fresh, prime seafood and meats. Their vegetable and mashed potato sides are a perfect compliments to the main course. For steak tartar lovers like myself, try their appetizer - the ample serving of fresh meat is fresh and garnished with herbs that give it a slightly spiced taste - all complimented by their house-made chips. Their prices merit the class of service provided; imaginative menu and chef-created culinary delights to wine pairings and delectable desserts - try the carrot cake or the hand-churned vanilla and chocolate ice creams. Greg has been our esteemed server and prides himself on walking dining guests through the menu, adding back of house secrets that make each specially cooked dishes chefs' signature dishes. Jose provided the epitome of 5 star service; clearing glasses and plates once finished, and wiping down the table after each course was served. This is more than a night out.    Great food! Nice ambiance in restaurant. The only thing that would have made it better would be less noise. Still the food was outstanding!

   Highly recommended - we go every year for a birthday. It’s a minor thing but they have a tradition of giving out birthday cards - despite the waiter acknowledging the birthday several times and a dessert with happy birthday written on it there was no birthday card given but one presented to a table on either side of us which ended up feeling a bit awkward for our party.

   Update… they made it right! Appreciate them. Daniel at valet was very welcoming. Great first start. Ben the bartender .. 10/10. Amazing cocktail skills. Greg our server was a vibe. No manager touched the table. I found that odd. Food was fantastic. Incredible wine list. Great steak. You guys … way to get me obsessed with the yellowtail sashimi. Hands down better than Matsu.

    Visiting from out of state and made a reservation here for my husbands birthday based on other reviews. The other reviews weren’t lying it was delicious. My husband LOVED his steak AND he is PICKY about steak!! He knows how to make his own typically better than any other is cooked whenever we go out. However he was quite happy with this one. The Mac n cheese is delicious as well. The cesaer salad was also very delicious! I could pass on the gnocchi. Husband loved his Old Fashions as well and my blackberry sparklers were great too. Overall great place!
