We werden in een hoek weggestopt en het was niet gezellig, ik had van te voren gereserveerd dus dan wel gedacht dat ik een leukere plek zou krijgen

It was the best American resturant we've been. The food was real tasty and the waitress was very warm welcoming and funny. I definitely recommend this experience to my friends and I will come back in the future to this great place.

Seated on time following us making a reservation. After been sat for 20 minutes at the table we had to ask a member of staff who our server was as they had not approached the table. After a further 5 minutes ‘Danielle’ arrived and took our drinks and food order. We ordered x2 starters with x2 steaks for the main course. Only one of the starters was correct and it took what seemed like forever to sort. My wife ordered a medium steak and I ordered medium rare, both steaks came out medium rare (recorded the same on the bill), and the quality of meat was poor due to toughness and taste. We have visited numerous Hard Rock Cafe restaurants over the years and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately HRC in Times Square is not a place we will return to due to the standard of service and food.

Great relaxed restaurant. Booked for 7pm on Monday night and when we checked in we were told there was a 25 minute wait, however we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The lobby and restaurant is packed with rock memorabilia which is great to keep you entertained. Our server was lovely and went out of her way to be friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were so flavourful. Would definitely recommend

Service médiocre: obligés d'attendre d'etre tous là pour entrer. Une employée qui s'en va quand on lui parle, pas de sourire, pas d'amabilité. Un plat servi un quart d'heure apres les autres donc on a tous mangé froid. Une pizza avec uniquement pate+fromage (pas de base tomate, on nous l'a donné à part dans un bol!!!!!). Une portion de frites avec 13 frites (j'ai compté). Le serveur qui force à payer 80$de tips alors que l'on est absolument pas satisfaits de la prestation. Nous ne recommandons pas, nous ne reviendrons pas!!!! On avait hésité avec le Ellen stardust, nous n'hésiterons plus. Je vais partager photos et vidéos sur les réseaux.

Not like other Hard Rock Cafe’s that we’ve visited before. Started badly with a staff member having a meltdown over a piece of paper followed by us being taken to the wrong table for our wheelchair user. Just overall this place let us down on the standard we have come to expect when we visit a Hard Rock Cafe. We’ve visited Nashville, Dublin and London before and all these have a much higher standard and a better customer service experience.

We've visited many of the Hard Rock Cafes across England and Europe and enjoyed them all. This one is very poor. It's looking dated with nothing to entice a younger crowd. It was very quiet when we arrived. We were shown our table and assigned our server. He seemed very odd in his behaviour. We ordered a starter of nachos which came promptly but as my wife and daughter started to tuck in,our mains arrived. We explained that they had just recieved their starter so the food was taken away. They finished some 15 minutes or so later then the mains came. Plates were hot but the food was cold. We complained and were told it had been kept warm but as we weren't happy fresh food would be made. Again the mains came and they were cold. My wife left hers whilst both myself and my daughter tried ours. We complained and the manager came and took my wife's meal off the bill. So in total with the obvious tip, $80 cash. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place both for service of food. There's plenty of choice elsewhere so please take note.

Food was good but you forget my daughter’s 18th birthday! I wrote it in the reservation and I told to the waiter just before order! He came in the table beside us to celebrate another girl but he forgot us! It was owful!
